Shipping policy

The Foundations collection - Each piece is made to order — crafted by hand in Malmö once your purchase is placed. Production time varies by design, allow up to 4 weeks before dispatch.
If you need your order by a specific date, get in touch before ordering — I’ll do my best to meet your timeline.

For available now - limited products will be shipped within 4 business days. 

Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
All orders are shipped securely with tracking via PostNord, DHL or UPS.

  • UK: free

  • International: Unavailable. Will be created soon. 

Tracking is included in all shipments.

Customs & Import Fees

For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties, taxes (such as VAT), or import fees may apply upon delivery.
These costs are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer, not Frances Alexandra.
All international shipments are declared at full value in line with customs regulations. (Including the UK).
